How Does it Work?

Becoming a tenant buyer is easier than you think!

You select the house you would like to purchase. You pay a deposit to secure it and move in!

As part of the agreement, you pay a monthly rent on the property (which is why this scheme is called Rent to Own) and can purchase it after five years by paying the remainder of the sale price, which is agreed at the start of your contract.

In the meantime, you look after the property and can make it your own with no need to seek approval to redecorate or customise it!
